SUGGESTIONS: Suggestion quads are always visible in Sign Mode.
SELECTION ON: Twist your Right Hand back and forth to toggle selection mode.
Word 1-4: Snap Index, Middle, Ring, or Pinky bended while camera sees palm.

Active while RH 31 is toggled.
